View page source (org) I am a leader with over a decade of experience working in Information Technology Management and Software Engineering.
I live in San Antonio, Texas and currently serve as Director of Information Technology for a court within the federal judiciary of the United States where I work to bring the digital transformation to the administration of justice.
I am interested in literate programming, declarative configuration and container orchestration.

Leadership Style
A collaborator at heart, I would consider myself a Democratic Leader. I believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to participate, exchange ideas freely, and be encouraged to discuss issues openly. I feel that this approach allows the free flow of ideas while allowing me to offer guidance and control when needed.
Apart from Work
I enjoy spending time outdoors with my friends and family. Other interests include music, chess, astronomy, and travel.
